Withdraw from a purchase or subscription
Use this online function for an eligible 5-Pack or Plus purchase without entering Stripe identifiers.
14-day policy
An eligible Pack or Plus purchase can be withdrawn from within 14 days for a full refund under the Yamera Labs policy. Immediate delivery consent does not by itself remove this policy.
How it works
Sign in with the purchasing account. The app lists eligible purchases, asks for explicit confirmation and keeps an in-app acknowledgement available after paid access ends.
Refund and access
Refund processing is idempotent. Pack loses only unused analyses from that purchase. Withdrawn Plus ends and access is revoked after verified provider state. Retries or two tabs cannot create a second refund.
Normal cancellation
Normal Plus cancellation stops renewal at period end, preserves access until then and produces no automatic refund.
Other rights
This policy does not limit mandatory rights for defective digital services. Contact support if the automated function is unavailable.
