Data and purposes
We process account/session data to provide the service; minimal purchase, subscription and consent evidence for billing and consumer rights; minimal saved-dish traits for your likes; chosen sharing-link data; and limited security and operational data to prevent abuse and keep the service reliable.
Menu analysis
Menu images are transient request data and are not persistently stored by the app. Content is sent only to the configured analysis provider for the requested analysis. Pexels may supply representative-image metadata. Do not upload names, addresses or order details.
Legal bases
Depending on purpose, processing relies on contract, legal obligations such as accounting, or legitimate interests in security and reliability. This policy is not blanket consent. Non-essential tracking or marketing requires a separate lawful basis before activation.
Recipients and transfers
The service may use Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, Cloudflare, OpenAI, Pexels and an email provider for their limited purposes. Provider terms, locations and safeguards must be verified before paid launch.
Retention
Abandoned checkout consent records are deleted after 30 days. The app does not retain menu images. Likes remain until removed or account deletion; shares expire under product policy. Accounting and refund evidence is kept separately for the legally required period.
Your rights
Depending on law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object, and complain to the competent authority. Account tools support export and deletion subject to legal retention and active-subscription safeguards.
Sensitive data and children
We do not build profiles of diagnoses, religion, halal/kosher identity or other sensitive traits. Dish allergen data describes food, not a person. Paid offers are for adults.
